I would not hesitate to use Wood Real Estate again. The property management team were excellent and made sure our house had good tenants and that the house was well maintained. When it came to sell, Greg knew the market and was realistic what price to set, hence it sold quickly. Greg was always in touch so we were kept up to date. Exceeded my expectations!

Greg recommended that he could sell my house within 6 weeks at a high end price and that there were many buyers out there....... But he didn't deliver on that expectation. He had a buyer within 3 days, an offer within a week and the house was sold higher than his initial market value..... that's called over-delivering! I couldn't recommend Greg's professionalism, commitment & expertise more highly.
