Exceeded my expectations!

Greg recommended that he could sell my house within 6 weeks at a high end price and that there were many buyers out there....... But he didn't deliver on that expectation. He had a buyer within 3 days, an offer within a week and the house was sold higher than his initial market value..... that's called over-delivering! I couldn't recommend Greg's professionalism, commitment & expertise more highly.

A Breath of Fresh Air!

We have dealt with agents in Albury, Wodonga and Melbourne so I feel I am qualified in my opinion. Greg is miles ahead in what matters: communication, communication, communication!! I have had agents speak to my husband and ignore my own questions; agents have criticised other agents thinking this somehow makes them look better and then there are the agents that do the job and forget you exist the moment the commission has been paid; yes you know who you are! Greg was friendly, polite, open and honest; he never rushed and always had the time to explain things or show us through homes at odd hours. The whole process of negotiation was easy and stress free, with Greg always available. His office staff are obviously happy to have him as a boss; they were also always friendly and helpful. A message to other agents who think they are doing it right, take a leaf out of Greg's book.
