Greg's guidance was paramount as we were first time sellers. All we were after was honesty and transparency so it was a fair sale for all parties involved. Greg delivered this above expectations. The property sold in 5 and a half weeks and I am sure all parties were happy with the result. He had a buyer within 3 days, an offer within a week and the house was sold higher than his initial market value..... that's called over-delivering!
