Greg's guidance was paramount as we were first time sellers. All we were after was honesty and transparency so it was a fair sale for all parties involved. Greg delivered this above expectations. The property sold in 5 and a half weeks and I am sure all parties were happy with the result. It was our first home and the buyer has themselves a nice property as we move on now to our next property. We would use Greg Wood again in any capacity of dealing with our next property adventure.
