North Albury is a close suburb to Central Albury, ideally located between the major retail sectors of Lavington and Albury. The suburb offers many beautiful tree lined streets, bike and walking tracks, 5 schools and an abundance of local community facilities. 

Features of the area include Albury Racecourse, Albury Showground, Pioneer Cemetery, Frederick Park to name a few. North Albury also has its own local football club located in the middle of north albury, they are the North Albury Football Club. The club has a well utilised lawn bowls facility, cricket other activities for the kids. 

The suburb offers the older styled larger blocks and the classic red brick bungalows can be found scattered around the suburb. There has been plenty of real estate activity including renovating, extensions and multi development here, taking advantage of the walking distance into central Albury.
